– Drive sourcing capability & capacity to proactively build diverse candidate pools while leveraging all available talent channels to expedite the recruitment of bar raising technology talent.
– Work closely with the business to deliver a quality assessment of talent.
– Partner with key stakeholders to determine current and future talent needs and set and drive sourcing strategies to meet those needs.
– Provide consultative full life-cycle recruiting while remaining OFCCP compliant
– Assess and qualify candidates against Tyson’s culture and build talent pools for future of critical profiles
– Create a top notch candidate experience throughout the recruiting and onboarding experiences.
Associate or bachelors Degree Preferred. Experience: 1 plus years of technical recruiting experience. Computer Skills: Strong computer skills. Use of an applicant tracking system preferred. Communication Skills: Good verbal and written skills.
