We Need Someone Like You
As Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor, you will be responsible for finding our greatest resource: our people. You will partner with hiring managers and the HR team to determine staffing needs, source interview and refer applicants for multiple positions throughout the enterprise.
Your Typical Day Might Look Like This
You will provide consultation to hiring managers on all aspects of the hiring process, including hiring strategies, recruitment cycle timing, coaching and guidance on best practices and sourcing trends.
You will develop strategic and tactical plans and uses both traditional and non-traditional resources and techniques to successfully source qualified candidates.
You will screen qualified applicants, present top candidates, and facilitate candidate interview debriefs and selection process with interview teams
You will build relationships and communicate consistently and proactively throughout the recruitment process to ensure all participants in the hiring process are updated and well informed.
You will solicit feedback regarding the recruiting process to continually improve the experience for all parties.
You will create a positive candidate experience (for both the selected and non-selected candidates) throughout the entire recruiting process and enthusiastically advocate for the company.
You will partner with hiring manager and HRBPs to determine staffing needs that will support the initiatives of multiple business units.
You will represent the organization on campus or within the community and will be an active member of the internship program team.
You will effectively utilize the company s Applicant Tracking System to manage and document candidate evaluation and selection process.
You will partner with Talent Acquisition Manager to compile recruiting metrics for monthly reporting.
You will collaborate with HRBPs as well as hiring managers to structure and present candidate compensation packages and offers.

You Will Bring This to the Table
Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related discipline is preferred. Equivalent experience will be considered.
Professional certification in Human Resources (PHR, SHRM-CP) preferred.
Recruiting experience within the construction and/or engineering industries is preferred.
Must have minimum of 6 years experience, and proven success with full cycle recruiting.
A passion for providing exceptional customer service and ability to enthusiastically represent the company s core values, mission, history, and culture.
Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency.
Demonstrated experience and proven success in thinking outside of the box to find and attract diverse profiles.
Skilled with social media recruitment strategies.
Ability to interact effectively and collaboratively with team members at all levels and across divisions.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
Ability to develop in-depth knowledge of the specialized functions of roles within the company and the industry.
Knowledge of human resources principals, laws and regulations.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and handle confidential issues.
Knowledge of MS Office suite of products, including MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.
