Work Schedule: Full Time Days
Responsibilities:
Uses adult learning principles while teaching, including virtual and distance education formats. Is comfortable with technology in the classroom. Works with management and SME’s to assess learning needs and deliver appropriate solutions.
Aligns course needs with system leadership competencies. Uses instructional design principles to develop content, including course objectives and activities to engage learners. Updates curricula with new content.
Monitors course participants’ progress. Conducts pre/post-training evaluations and measures learning outcomes.
Coaches individuals and teams, using various coaching models. Conducts team building exercises and measures progress of individuals and teams.
Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action.
Requirements:
Minimum Required Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education or related field.
Required Licensure/Certification: None Required.
Minimum Experience: 3 years of experience in adult training.
The pay range for this position is: $27.61 – $41.41 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant’s relevant experience. UCHealth offers a Five Year Incentive Bonus to recognize employee’s contributions to our success in quality, patient experience, organizational growth, financial goals, and tenure with UCHealth. The bonus accumulates annually each October and is paid out in October following completion of five years’ employment.
