Position Responsibilities

Manage human resources for designated corporate teams.

Consult and support business leaders in the areas of workforce planning, recruitment, succession plans, employee relations, performance, development, compensation, benefits, communications and overall people effectiveness.

Plan, design and deliver human resources processes and programs for alignment to business and company goals.

Participate in key HR projects.

Partner with hiring managers and HR recruiters on recruitment strategies during a period of growth.
Minimum Requirements
-
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or related field.
-
7+ years of HR business partner, manager experience and 3 years in a supervisory role.

Knowledge of Workday preferred.
