Summary:
Helps promote a positive organizational culture and will be primarily responsible for the creation and execution of internal employee engagement and campaigns in partnership with internal communications. Collaborate with various departments and employees throughout the organization to enhance teammate engagement by creating initiatives that promote our organizational values. Maintain knowledge of industry best practices and trends to influence effective culture and employee engagement solutions. Utilize data from engagement surveys and other feedback to provide programs, resources and coaching to leaders and teammates on strategies to build engagement and enhance the teammate experience.

Bachelor’s Degree
Professional Experience Requirements:
Requires four (4) years of relevant experience in employee engagement, employee experience, human resources, culture engagement, program management, corporate communications, marketing or related field
Knowledge/Skills/and Abilities Requirements:
Organizational development and coaching experience a plus; Handle confidential information with sensitivity and discretion in accordance with Privacy & Health Care system requirements; Demonstrated success in program management; Excellent presentation skills; Excellent writing skills o Internal corporate communications experience is a plus; Demonstrated ability to design and deliver effective learning programs ; Demonstrated ability to work independently or collaborate as part of a team; Proven organizational and problem solving skills; Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, and Excel, MS Teams, virtual meeting and collaboration tools; Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills; Event planning and organization skills; Demonstrated project management skill—handling multiple projects and competing deadlines o PMP designation is a plus; Collaborate, consult and interact effectively with teammates and senior leaders to deliver presentations, develop and implement programs
