Uncommon Schools is a nonprofit network of high-performing, public charter schools providing an outstanding K-12 education in historically under-resourced communities. The Manager, HR Operations will shepherd high-impact projects and complete strategic and operational priorities that drive HR goals. This position reports to the Senior Manager, HR Operations and works closely with various partners to drive improvement of HR systems, ensure high-quality service to staff and organizational leaders, and support the building of processes that are efficient, effective, and consistent with Uncommon’s values. This role will manage 3 direct reports at the Associate level.
