As our very first People Business Partner (Engineering), you’ll play a fundamental role in building and implementing innovative People solutions that will support one of our most essential departments during a time of hyper-growth. You will work with leadership to establish critical projects like workforce planning, D&I initiatives, leadership and development programs, organizational design, and retention strategies.
What you’ll do:
Partner with senior leadership to develop and implement effective HR policies and practices that will support the strategic growth of the business
Partner with Engineering leadership to provide guidance on topics like performance management, organization planning, hiring, salary bands, and recognition
Identify new roles and/or existing job openings that must be filled to enable the business to meet our goals
Analyze and interpret various types of employee reports e.g. compensation, job levels, and attrition
Develop people strategies and design approaches for diagnosing and enhancing organizational effectiveness and employee satisfaction
Who you are:
Experience as a People Business Partner/HRBP, specifically within Engineering organizations
Have worked in mid-sized to large organizations
Excited by a fast-paced, high growth environment
Possess effective strategies for aligning business objectives with personnel decisions and ability to manage change effectively
A keen sense for identifying leadership internally and externally

Degree in organizational development or business administration
Experience in a hyper growth tech environment
