Job overview and responsibilities
The HR Business partner position is responsible for partnering with business unit leaders to define and deliver innovative, strategic initiatives and solutions that align with our Core4 values. Must be a thought leader in many areas, including but not limited to employee engagement, talent management and acquisition, training/coaching/mentoring leaders at all levels, performance managements, regulatory compliance and employee relations. The HRBP will also collaborate closely with HR COE’s and other Business Partners to influence and implement HR and business strategies/objectives
Partner with and provide HR guidance and support their client group to support their objectives including but not limited to, workforce planning and development, organizational development and performance, org design, HR employment practices, rewards and recognition strategies, diversity, employee relations and succession planning
Liaise and collaborate with leadership, HR Generalists and business partners/divisions to identify opportunities to increase efficiencies and effectivess in our HR and business practices
Partnering with HR COE’s and other parts of the business to influence the development and implementation of strategics inititatives for talent development/management, employee engagement/talent movement, DEI planning and stategy
Build and develop meaningful/strategic relationships with client groups by integrating with the business to enhance business acumen internally to identify and deliver sustainable solutions and programs for leaders
Leverage HR data/metrics to aid in decision making and story telling
Required
BA/BS degree in Human Resources/Labor Relations or a related field, or 4 years equivalent work experience
4+ years of progressitve HR experience/Generalist experience with emphasis on business partnerships, direct experience supporting business leaders, employee advocacy, change activities, HR administration
Excellent interpersonal communication
Highly effective at building partnerships and influencing leaders at all levels of an organization
Strong collaborator with other HR/LR support teams and business partners
High level of HR and business acumen
Ability to read, interpret and leverage data/metrics
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong working relationships develop and deliver fair and equitable solutions
Excellent communication skills (written & verbal) with strong customer service orientation
Ability to create presentations/present content
Must be self-motivated and have an enhance ability to prioritize/plan and execute using good business judgment in a fast paced environment
Strong analytical skills
Well organized with the ability multi-task
Ability to effectively work with all levels management
Must have the proven ability to build strong business relationships through trust
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position
Preferred
Master’s Degree
HR Industry Certification preferred (PHR/SPHR/SHRM – CP/SCP)
Previous experience supporting Salaried employees
Equivalent operational leadership
2+ years of management experience
