Human Resources Generalist
Monday- Friday, 8a-5p

The Human Resources (HR) Generalist performs human resources related duties at a professional level and may carry out responsibilities in some or all of the following functional areas: human resource core processes, HR coordination and administration, HRIS system work, communication, training, employee relations, SharePoint site administration, and general HR responsibilities.
The HR Generalist formulates partnerships across assigned UPH business units/division and the Human Resource functions to gain knowledge and understanding, as well as to deliver value added service to the leadership and team members that reflect the business objectives of the organization.

Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in human resource management, business or a related field, or equivalent education, training, and experience.
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Human Resources role and department with strong focus on HR business processes, customer service and service delivery
License/ Certification:
Valid driver’s license when driving any vehicle for work-related reasons.
