Description: Process claims for short term disability and supporting the leave team with Family Medical Leave, Long Term Disability, Paid Family leave and other Leave of Absence requests. Enters data into the HR Information System and time and labor system. Provides guidance to employees and managers about leave policies and entitlements.
Position has the ability to work remotely in a hybrid model from Rochester region. Occasional on-site work also required.
Must have Assoc Degree + 3 yrs experience in HR or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
