With over 650 student-athletes participating in UW’s 22 sports programs, the department of Intercollegiate Athletics is committed to providing student-athletes with the ability to compete for national and conference championships while working toward a degree from one of the world’s leading public research universities.
This position reports to the Senior Associate Athletic Director for Human Resources and works in collaboration with the human resources team to provide support to the Intercollegiate Athletics Department (ICA).
Independently perform a variety of complex and confidential human resources functions. Provide expertise, consulting, and training regarding recruitments, classifications, and compensation. Administer regulatory compliance interpreting and clarifying rules, laws, policies, and procedures. Develop continuous process improvements and best practice human resource solutions. Serve as a liaison with campus partners including UW Human Resources, Compensation, and the Integrated Service Center.
