Full Job Description
SCOPE
The Payroll & Benefits Administrator is responsible for supporting the payroll and benefits administration, personnel record keeping, HRIS management, and employee recognition programs. Responsible for having overall knowledge of all human resource functions at the League, supporting the administration of the all in one HRIS, the League’s policies on payroll, paid time off, and benefits. This Conducts employee benefit meetings with new hires and works with our insurance broker to maintain accurate rosters of enrolled participants, and current array of benefit summaries. Promotes and maintains the League’s mission, values and culture. Provides exceptional communication and service to employees. Sets the example of an engaged employee and supports employee engagement throughout the org.
