VACO Hiring for HR Business Partner at Pottstown, Pennsylvania Full Time

• Partner with assigned business units to understand their goals and objectives and provide HR support to meet those needs
• Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on all HR-related matters, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and compensation
• Collaborate with other HR functions, including Talent Acquisition, Compensation, and Employee Relations, to ensure alignment and consistency in HR programs and initiatives
• Support the design and implementation of HR programs and initiatives to drive employee engagement and satisfaction
• Partner with managers to identify and resolve complex employee relations issues and provide coaching and support to resolve conflicts
• Support the development and implementation of performance management processes to ensure they are aligned with business goals and objectives
• Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to support the development and implementation of sourcing and recruitment strategies to attract top talent
• Act as a subject matter expert on HR laws, regulations, and best practices, providing guidance and support to the business on compliance and risk management

Requirements of HR Business Partner

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (required); Master’s degree in HR or related field (preferred)
• 7 years of experience in HR, with a focus on business partnership (required)
• Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to influence and negotiate with senior leaders and stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with performance management, talent acquisition, and employee relations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Strong project management and organizational skills
