Job Summary:
Vail Resorts is looking for a Talent Management Programs Analyst to join our Talent Management team. In this role, you will focus on the coordination and execution of company-wide Talent Management processes, systems, data analytics, and reporting as a member of the Talent Development Center of Expertise.
Job Responsibilities:
Extract, analyze, and model relevant talent and performance data and transform the information into customer-facing, consumable reports by preparing presentations to convey Talent Management information to business leaders using charts, graphs and other presentation resources.
Administers Talent Management software platforms including the Talent Management software suite (SuccessFactors) and Continuous Listening/Engagement software (Glint) to include managing user groups, permissions, and partnering with HRT on implementation and workflow of approvals.
Serve as the Direct Connect (ServiceNow) liaison for the Talent Management team, ensuring all published content is current and updated as TM processes change.
Work with HR Technology team to co-author business requirements, user stories, wireframes, organize and facilitate prototype reviews and UAT, and support implementation.
Work with HR Technology team and vendors to estimate, implement, and build the right features / enhancements / break fixes.
Manage and prioritize backlog of TM support requests, meeting service level agreements, identifying trends and escalating if/when issues arise.
Monitor the Talent Development shared email inbox and triage issues by creating Direct Connect (ServiceNow) support ticket cases as appropriate, or responding to emails directly with instructions on creating a case in Direct Connect.
Track and communicate program successes through metric driven information and make recommendations for enhancements to programs based on data insights.
Manage the budget for the Talent Development department.

Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business, OD or related field, or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR or a related field preferred.
Strong skills in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint required.
Additional experience in LinkedIn Glint, SAP SuccessFactors and Salesforce Tableau is a plus.
