VIOC is hosting a virtual job fair for our busy Pleasant Grove Rd store in Mt Juliet. We’re looking for women and men with great customer service skills who are interested in becoming Entry-Level Lube Technicians. We provide paid, on-the-job training to teach you everything you need to know to be successful.
Sign On Bonus
We are now offering a sign on bonus of $1,500 for all Full-Time employees and $750.00 for all Part-Time employees

The bonus will be paid out in onetime payment after completion of 90 days of employment. To be eligible, the employee cannot be on any warning or write-up for attendance, performance, etc., at time of payout, and still need to be employed when the payout is distributed.
