Summary:
The HR Administrator will streamline and execute several employee-related functions for the HR department and the organization. The successful person in this role will be able to work with all departments on multiple company-wide projects with strong attention to detail and confidentiality.
How our HR Administrator spends their time:
Assist HR Department with various administrative tasks such as document creation, verifications of employment, and maintenance of personnel files including employee records;
Administer and track various aspects of the HRIS platform(s), including performance reviews, ENPS surveys, file maintenance, and signature-required events;
Coordinate company health insurance benefits, including timely education, and accurate enrollment;
Coordinate onboarding of employees and guiding them through new hire paperwork including but not limited to I-9, W-4, and acknowledgment forms;
Conduct background checks and coordinate drug tests;
Coordinate corporate travel for various Executives & Managers;
Assist with tracking of weekly, monthly, and annual items such as company meetings, employee recognition, birthdays, anniversaries, and review schedules;
Coordinate company events such as company celebrations, employee recognition events, holiday parties, and end-of-month meetings;
Administer leave programs including but no limited to FMLA & LOA;
Answers frequently asked questions from employees relative to standard policies, benefits, hiring processes, etc.;
Coordinate performance and personality test management;
Conduct annual compensation reviews;
Performs other duties as needed.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources required;
Minimum of 1 year of experience working in a professional office environment required;
Working knowledge with G-Suite and Microsoft Office Applications;
Experience with HRIS systems a plus;
1+ year of transferable HR experience a plus.
