Powering growth for customers ranging from aspiring entrepreneurs in emerging markets to the world’s leading brands like Airbnb, Amazon, Google and Upwork, Payoneer makes global commerce easy and secure.What you’ll do: Provide HR support with focus on employee relations and engagement, managers development and contribution to shaping the culturePartner with managers in executing performance management and talent development processesPartnerships across the HR functions to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects business objectivesEnhance managerial skills and provide ongoing coaching to managers.Focal point for employee relations.
