Job Title: HR Coordinator
Location: Delta, CO
Reports to: Executive Director
Purpose: The HR Coordinator collaborates with the Executive Director to ensure smooth human resources operations. Duties include supporting school finance with payroll and human resources.
Pay Scale: $17.93-22.89 per hour
Days/Year: 223
Hours/Week: 40 hours (Non-Exempt)
Benefits: Full-Time position qualifies for health, dental, life, and long term disability insurance benefits. All positions qualify for Public Employees Retirement Association (PERA) benefits and leave package.
Qualifications:
Education/Certification: Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university in a business or HR field
Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to pass a background check to work in a school.
Experience:
Experience in business administration, employment services, or human resources with preference given to those with experience in education setting.
Special Knowledge: The right candidate will have knowledge of federal and state human resources practices and laws, as well as, knowledge of educational requirements in school setting with preference given to charter-school specific experience.
