The HR Manager will provide leadership over all employee-related matters for multiple pediatric and orthodontic dental offices in the Fort Lauderdale area. He/she would be in charge of all employee related areas including recruitment, selection, employee relations, training, onboarding, payroll and benefits.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources field
• Minimum of 2 years of HR Generalist experience
• Preferred certifications: PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP
• Must be able to read and write in the English language
• Must possess the ability to deal tactfully with personnel, management, patients, government agencies/personnel and the general public.
• Must have a positive attitude and a passion for helping people achieve their potential

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Actively participate in maintaining a fun and collaborative culture
• Establish trust and maintain professional relationships with all levels of employees
• Screen, recruit and interview applicants who qualify for open positions
• Conduct new hire employee orientations/onboarding and/or exit interviews
• Review and revise employee handbook based on facility’s policy and procedures
• Participate in the development of personnel policies and procedures
• Coordinate annual employee performance evaluation process
• Oversee payroll duties to ensure that staffing hours are within required parameters
• Ensure administration of all benefit programs
• Coordinate and deliver training programs
• Comply with Florida state and Federal employment laws and regulations
• Review all employee discipline and grievances
• Develop annual Human Resource budget based on historical data and trends

Pay: $65,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
