Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required. PHR certification preferred but not required.
2 years’ experience in the Human Resources field required; with an emphasis in recruiting.
Demonstrated expertise in the field of recruitment required.
Strong proficiency of Microsoft Office application (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Thorough knowledge of office procedures and equipment
Demonstrated labor law knowledge
Strong written and verbal communication skills with all levels of the organization
Experience with conducting group training sessions
Travel to other county offices may occur, requiring reliable transportation and flexible schedule
