Position Information:
The Human Resources Representative, Compensation provides administrative support for the compensation function within Human Resources. This position is responsible for reviewing, entering, processing, and auditing employee-related information such as name and address changes, post-hire processing, pay and position changes, reporting structure updates, and performance evaluations in various systems including Lawson and Halogen. The Human Resources Representative plays a key role in supporting the online performance management system (Halogen) as it relates to job descriptions, performance evaluations, and end user assistance. Other duties include personnel file administration including maintaining the file rooms and all personnel files and assisting with requests for copies and reviews of files; coordinating and maintaining the Allied Health Professional credentialing and renewal process; and overseeing the verification of employment process and serves as the site administrator for the employment verification vendor. The Human Resources Representative also assists with salary surveys, job evaluation requests, and compensation projects and provides customer service for the compensation department, serving as a resource, providing guidance regarding policies, procedures and systems.
Experience Requirements:
2 Years Administrative Required – And Human Resources Preferred
Education Required:
High School Diploma or Equivalent Required – And Associate’s Degree Related Field Preferred
