Moves, lifts, carries, and places merchandise and supplies weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance. Grasps, turns, and manipulates objects of varying size and weight, requiring fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination. Visually inspects equipment. Visually verifies and reads information, often in small print.
Travel Traveling is necessary to perform one or more essential functions of this position. Travels domestically to and from multiple facilities or work-sites during the workday. Work Environment Working in the following environment is necessary to perform one or more of the essential functions of this position. Works varying shifts as required
. Entry Requirements Minimum Qualifications 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience AND 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ retail work experience
Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Development, Human Resource Management , Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or related field; OR 2 years’ HR management responsibilities (for example, staffing, performance management, coaching and mentoring, training, compensation, promotion, investigations)
Certificate of Completion in People and Business Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University Job.
