As a Global HR Operations Associate you will working with the team that is behind DToolsHR. The Global HR Operations Associate provides through answers to Employees and Cast Members across The Walt Disney Company. You will work with enterprise partners and business leaders to provide services to improve The Walt Disney Company Employee experience. The Global HR Operations Associate will provide transactional and inquiry services and support Human Resource and Payroll processes and polices.
This position is a hybrid role, working in the office and remotely from home based on operational needs. This position requires you to live within approximately 75 miles from Celebration Florida.
The starting pay rate for this position is 17.90 per hour.
Responsibilities :
Work in an inbound call center taking calls from Employees and Candidates who are applying at The Walt Disney Company
Provide support with Candidates onboarding to Walt Disney World including new hire documentation
Input HR transactions such as personal data changes and document submittal
Develop relationships with Guest and Cast Members from all lines of business to provide excellent service to our Guests and Cast
Maintain confidentially
Provide Guest Service when problems arise and help find solutions with Guests and Cast Members
Rapid changing priorities in a high pressure and fast paced environment
Complete all required Company trainings and compliance courses as assigned
Flexible with work schedule, including overtime, weekends and holidays
Additional Personal Protective Equipment (face shields, goggles, refillable hand sanitizers, etc.) may be required
Basic Qualifications :
Prior experience with customer service
Written, verbal and interpersonal communications skills including telephone etiquette
Experience with standard office software programs
Flexible with work schedule, including overtime, weekends and holidays
Navigate between multiple and concurrent computer applications
Adaptability to the fluctuating needs of our operation
