Leveraging senior-level analytical skills and knowledge supports the compensation function in the design, implementation, and ongoing management of compensation programs, including variable pay and/or productivity incentive programs. Provides operational support to People Business Partners (PBPs) on compensation initiatives including job role definitions, grading, identification and selection of appropriate market peers, market pricing of positions, and job requisitions. Interprets policy and program guidelines to educate PBPs and employees and comply with regulatory requirements. Manages employee recognition and service anniversary programs to foster employee goodwill.

Length of Position: 6 months and then possible conversion or extension
Target Bill Rate: $55-60/hr, dependent upon experience.
Conversion Target Annual Salary: $125k- 130k dependent upon experience, with a 12% annual bonus target.
Position Location: This position is open to being 100% remote. Still a preference for local candidates and candidates in EST.
Sponsorship: At this time, we are not accepting candidates who require visa sponsorship.
Expected interview process:
1st Round – 45 minutes – the hiring manager
2nd Round – two 30-minute interviews w/2 different People Business Partners
– 30 minutes – Sr. Compensation Analyst-Total Rewards
