Watseka Chrysler Dodge Jeep Hiring for Automotive Service Technician Job at Watseka, IL Full Time

Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and fix problems with automotive vehicles, including oil and filter changes.
  • Drive a vehicle.
  • Use tools and heavy machinery.
  • Be careful when dealing with gasoline.
  • Check customer requests for service against work order requests and make recommendations for diagnostics, repairs, or adjustments.
  • Perform preventive maintenance on vehicles to reduce the probability of unexpected breakdown or failure.
  • Perform job duties in a safe manner.
  • Deal with difficult customers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.50 – $35.00 per hour

Experience level:

  • 5 years

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Watseka, IL 60970: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
