As a Talent Acquisition Specialist for Early Career Relations over the Western Hemisphere at Weatherford, you will have a unique opportunity to create, develop and lead our university/colleges early career programs which are among the companies’ top priorities. You will play the critical role for programs to identify and attract the top talent and future leaders. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive university/college relations strategies and early career programs. As you promote our company brand inside the selected educational institutions you will build and maintain relationships with colleges and universities in support of recruitment, DE&I, and STEM engagement efforts. You will coordinate participation in recruiting events and career fairs, create a robust internship and co-op program, and develop and maintain relationships with career service representatives, student groups, and faculty stakeholders.
This role will report directly to the West Hemisphere TA Manager and provides an opportunity to be the face of university/college relations and early career recruiting, internally and externally, for Weatherford – a growing international company with nearly 20,000 employees.
