We are looking for experienced, competent, personable, full-charge bookkeepers with experience in spa, medical spa, medical practices, salon, health, and wellness businesses. Wellness Capital Management provides financial guidance, budgeting, and virtual bookkeeping system. Our clientele is coast to coast.

• Experience and proficiency in QuickBooks, QuickBooks Online and other accounting programs.
• You are available to work during normal business hours and after hours to be accessible to clients and their accounting systems.
• Two (2) years full charge bookkeeping experience which includes preparation of financial statements, payroll, payroll taxes, business taxes and year-end closure of books..
• College degree in Accounting or Business Administration
• Experience and competence in establishing remote access computing in various platforms and aps.
• Online banking experience in managing and maintaining bank, loan, and credit card accounts.
• Working knowledge of various point of sale and EMR systems.
• Have your own home office with computer and reliable internet access.
• Looking for part time employment.

• Experienced working with small businesses
• Fun and friendly.
• Computer and internet savvy.
• More than a data entry person. We expect that you will proof your work to make sure that it makes financial and business sense.

• Able to deliver a high level of professional bookkeeping services with a high level of hospitality, efficiency and caring.
