Wells Fargo recently announced their intent to sell the Corporate Trust Services (CTS) business to Computershare, a global specialized financial services company. The sale was announced in late March 2021 and is expected to close in the second half of 2021. We are continuing to recruit for all open positions supporting CTS, but want to ensure you are aware that this position, along with around 2000 others, will transfer to Computershare when the sale closes. This position is within Corporate Trust Services (CTS).
This position is for the Onboarding, Maintenance, and Terminations team within Corporate Trust Services Operations (CTSO). CTSO serves as an extension of the lines of business across CTS in the administration of their various products and services.
Wells Fargo Commercial Banking delivers a comprehensive suite of products and industry expertise to serve the diverse financial needs of companies with annual sales typically ranging from $5 million to $2 billion. As a leader in serving commercial customers, Wells Fargo offers financial services including credit and treasury management solutions as well as specialized expertise across industries including Technology, Food, Beverage & Agribusiness, Investor Real Estate and Government.
Works closely with relationship/account managers in managing and administering a portfolio of accounts. Assists relationship/account managers in proactively handling and resolving customer issues and problems; interfaces with operational areas, internal departments and outside vendors as needed to resolve problems. May perform daily administration of accounts including set-up, processing, maintenance and oversight according to policies, procedures, regulations. May provide marketing and research support. May contact customers to assist relationship/account managers in resolving issues.

They are accountable for execution of all applicable risk programs (Credit, Market, Financial Crimes, Operational, Regulatory Compliance), which includes effectively following and adhering to applicable Wells Fargo policies and procedures, appropriately fulfilling risk and compliance obligations, timely and effective escalation and remediation of issues, and making sound risk decisions. There is emphasis on proactive monitoring, governance, risk identification and escalation, as well as making sound risk decisions commensurate with the business unit’s risk appetite and all risk and compliance program requirements.

The salary range displayed below is based on a Full-time 40 hour a week schedule.
