Under general supervision, the human resource consultant assistant will perform paraprofessional, technical, and clerical tasks in support of WVC’s Human Resources and Institutional Effectiveness operations. The incumbent will explain, interpret and apply human resource policies, procedures and programs to employees and external customers. Review and ensure the accuracy and completeness of human resource documents Provide technical assistance to support the employment, and records processes; provide guidance to others in registering or applying for human resource programs, maintain confidential records and generate reports. Provide office support for the human resource and institutional effectiveness departments.
