Westat is an employee-owned corporation providing research services to agencies of the U.S. Government, as well as businesses, foundations, and state and local governments. Westat’s research, technical, and administrative staff of more than 2,000 is located at our headquarters in Rockville, Maryland, near Washington, DC.
Westat has a new opening for a Manager, DEI, People & Culture. We are seeking a manager that enjoys getting involved in processes, rolling up their sleeves, and doing the hard work while driving employee engagement and leading Westat’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) strategy. Your demonstrated experience in employee relations and DEI will support you in partnering with leadership across lines of business, providing subject matter expertise on relevant inclusion practices and enhancing employee engagement through programs focused on career development, succession planning and mentorship.
This position may be based on-site in Rockville, Maryland and have a hybrid work arrangement or virtual (with some periodic travel).
