Your responsibilities will include greeting visitors to our office, responding to student, staff, and faculty inquiries by phone, email, and in person, supporting our HR Operations Coordinator in office management and onboarding, as well as general office administrative support. On top of that, you will correspond with applicants about the status of their application and the status of the search for the position they applied to. Data entry and file management is also a key duty. You will be deeply embedded in the HR team, having the opportunity to offer up your skills to gain experience across multiple functional areas.
Qualifications
Demonstrated interest in Human Resources through education or experience
Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Excellent customer service skills with a demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and empathetically
Ability to be resourceful, independent, and exceptionally organized
Bilingual or multilingual skills preferred but not required
Enthusiastic commitment to Williams’s goals around Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility (DEI&A) priorities
