Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, the HR Generalist will be responsible for compensation and benefits, managing the HRIS, employee engagement and retention efforts, managing the uniform program, and handling other day-to-day activities as assigned. Compliance and confidentiality are a must in this position.

Maintain hourly attendance records and make recommendations to supervisors on disciplinary actions per the policy guidelines.
