Position Summary
The People Operations team at Wisetack is responsible for making sure that team members have what they need to do the best work of their lives. The People Operations Coordinator is responsible for supporting that mission through a range of responsibilities encompassing everything from operations to employee experience. Some of the things you will help oversee include the day to day operations, onboarding and offboarding, partnering with our PEO (Justworks) and refining our team documentation.
This is a hands-on tactical role that spans across all stages of an employees life cycle, providing an excellent opportunity to learn and grow within the People org. You will be reporting directly to the People Operations Manager.
Responsibilities
Provide front line support for all internal and external People related questions including employee questions, new hire communications, VOEs etc.
Manage HR technology stack, including user management, creating employee training materials, assisting with change management processes, and employee adoption.
Make sure that systems and data are up to date, regularly audit and maintain employee data and process changes with a high level of integrity
Own onboarding and offboarding processes, developing partnership across the organization to make the processes delightful for all involved
Build and maintain process documentation, knowledge base articles and internal communications to ensure that the team has the information they need to thrive.
Requirements
You have a successful track record of supporting and creating operational processes and working with employee data.
You have a working knowledge of HR tools and systems (Justworks, Lattice, Greenhouse, Checkr, Confluence and more), Excel (vlookups, pivot tables) and Google Apps.
You have an extremely high level attention to detail and strong organizational skills with ability to effectively prioritize.
Maintain a “can do” mentality with the ability to act with minimal information. After all, we are a start up!
You are a creative thinker and problem solver; you approach problems with a solutions oriented mindset.
A great communicator that can build strong working relationships with vendors, internal and external partners.
