Telos Gifting is growing, and we need a passionate, ambitious, and driven Recruiter, to help us scale and change the gift card industry.

The Company

Wolfe, LLC, Telos Gifting’s parent company, is an e-commerce company, located in Pittsburgh, PA, focused on next-generation gifting business models. We are well known for being the company that started the first coupon website in 1995 which sold to a public company in 2000, at the peak of the dot-com era, when we were delivering 20 million page views per month.

We then built Direct Response Technologies; grew it to 70 employees; and sold it to Digital River in 2006. We spun off Jambo Media with our tech team and sold it to Undertone in 2012. We built and focused on GiftCards.com and in 2016 sold it to Blackhawk Network with over 100 employees.

Telos Gifting current focus is Gift Card Granny, Perfect Gift, and GiftYa. We have grown from 25 employees / contractors in 2019 to 94 in 2021. We are experiencing triple digit growth year over year for 3 years. The Role

This role is responsible for the full life cycle of the recruiting process by meeting hiring goals by filling open positions with talented and qualified candidates. The end-to-end recruiting responsibilities include sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating the interview process, and facilitating offers and employment negotiations, and onboarding while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Additionally, will nurture and build a strong talent pipeline to fill roles quickly with quality candidates and establish strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates. This role will also serve as support to the HR Department.

Responsibilities

• Develop hiring strategies to ensure we attract qualified candidates.
• Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and assessing pre-employment test results
• Conduct preliminary phone consultation before an initial interview with the hiring team
• Build talent communities, a talent pool, and a strong talent pipeline through communication within current employee networks, job boards, social media posts, and accredited universities
• Proactively track and manage the applicant progress through ATS (applicant tracking systems)
• Promote opportunities and employment brand on social media and email campaigns
• Draft job descriptions, offer/regret notifications, and scouting emails
• Attend career fairs, conferences, meetings, and other face-to-face events with candidates
• Collaborate with hiring teams to establish hiring goals, needs, and schedules
• Build solid recruitment processes and systems for future recruitment in collaboration with VP HR and Leadership team.
• Track recruitment KPIs and interpret results to develop a strategic hiring plan in collaboration with leadership teams.
• Engage with candidates to answer questions and guide them through the hiring process
• Lead onboarding process, while ensuring all pre-employment contingencies are satisfied.
• Assist VP of HR with other HR duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Management, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HR or technical field
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a staffing representative or recruiter, preferably within the technology, ecommerce or fintech industry.
• Demonstrated success filling positions with quality hires and low turnover results.
• Experience with ATS and workflow creation to speed the time-to-hire through automation preferred.
• Excellent critical thinking and tech-savvy skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask on diverse projects for multiple managers throughout the day.
• Must possess qualities supporting the company values of drive, teamwork, caring and integrity.

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation includes a competitive base salary – $70,000 to $75,000.
