Education: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in human resources management, industrial organizational psychology, or a closely related field
AND
Experience: Requires four (4) or more years of professional human resources work experience
Driver’s License: Possession of a valid California driver’s license may be required

Reference checks are required. If offered a position with Yolo Superior Court candidate must adhere to the Courts current vaccination policy. Background checks and a drug screen are required after a job offer has been extended. At the time of appointment to a position, candidates are required to execute an oath of allegiance to the United States and the State of California.
