Compensation:
$60,000 – $80,000 yearly base + bonuses
Responsibilities:
Establish a proven recruiting process for finding and vetting candidates to ensure they are qualified and scale up the recruiting program
Upload job postings and ads on all known industry job board sites to reach the best real estate professionals in our industry
Maintain clear records of all applicants, their interviews, and data from their application to streamline the candidate pipeline and keep applicant information private
Oversee the steps in hiring, from interview scheduling, making recommendations on top talent and following up with those who are not selected
Present an update on the success of implemented recruiting methods to the team on a regular basis
Identify new talent
Post jobs to generate candidate interest
Review and analyze resumes
Conduct and review behavioral assessments
Scour job search websites for potential recruits and contact candidates personally
Interview potential candidates using our hiring specialized process
Serve as an employee advocate for new hires as well as established employees
Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Two years of work experience in real estate recruiting or inside sales
Bachelor’s degree required
Experience with posting jobs on most well-known job boards
Strong organizational skills and time management skills
Hiring experience
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Effective negotiating skills
Extensive knowledge of computer systems and technology
Familiarity with online job hunting websites
Working knowledge of the real estate industry is a plus
Strong decision-making skills
Ability to work in a team environment
