We’re looking for a reliable Back of House Team Member to perform tasks that will help us maintain high standards at our restaurant. You will be responsible for preparing food and drinks for service, cleaning equipment, and performing other duties in support of the kitchen staff. As a Back of House Team Member, you must be highly organized and able to work alone to complete tasks within timeframes. Excellent communication and teamwork skills are essential since you will be interacting with team members in other departments. You should be able to multitask and communicate with others and hold yourself accountable for meeting deadlines and company standards. Ultimately, the Back of House Team Member’s duties are to support kitchen staff with daily tasks that help keep our restaurant running smoothly.
