Our client, a highly regarded and extremely successful service organization, is currently interviewing for an experienced Billing Coordinator. After training, this position will work a combination of in office and remote.
Daily responsibilities include –
- Billing coordination and accounts payable functions for specified client base
- Month end reporting
- Administrative duties as it relates to client and vendor bills
- Extensive contact with clients and managers
- Special projects as assigned
Ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, effective prioritization skills, a high level of professional savvy and the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
Solid Microsoft Office knowledge and previous billing from a professional service environment required.
