Jefferson Center (JCMH) along with the Arvada Fire Protection District (AFPD) are seeking a LCSW to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and skilled clinician to work alongside the AFPD to provide early intervention assessment/de-escalation services and ongoing clinical case management to individuals in the community. To provide information, education, liaison, and transition services to various networks within Jefferson Center (JCMH) and with federal, state, and community-based agencies and resources. To provide training and on-going education for AFPD responders to increase awareness of crisis de-escalation, mental health issues and intervention. To provide family members with necessary information and education to further assist persons with mental illness and for themselves.
*As part of the Co-Responder program, this position includes a 5% salary differential. The differential is separate from any bonus associated with this position.*

Grade 52-Licensed Clinician (LCSW, LMFT, LPC)

**BONUS OPPORTUNITY!! Three phase bonus paid out using the following schedule. ** Based on full time (40 hours/week). Prorate if less than 40 hours/week. Must work a minimum of 20 hours/week to be eligible for bonus.
