Pay: $20.00 per hour
Human Resources Coordinator
Responsible for the day-to-day administration of policies and programs covering several or all of the following: recruitment, benefits and compensation, training employee relations, and record keeping.
Essential Functions:
Recruitment: Assists in recruiting/managing onboarding process including advertising, screening, pre-employment testing, new hire paperwork, new hire orientation. Assist with temporary recruitment activities and onboarding.
Benefits: Assist employees with benefit issues, and assist with new hire benefits training and annual benefits enrollment
Employee Relations: Front line for the hourly workforce and the salaried employees. The first point of contact, trouble shoot and solve many of the day-to-day questions and issues. Must have good working knowledge of policies and state laws.
Policy/Procedures: Post and communicate new/revised policies to employees.
Health: Administers and promotes wellness programs including healthy lifestyles, hearing conservation, eye safety, shoe programs, as well as plant recreational programs i.e. picnics, games participation, annual holiday events and engagement activities such as weekly swim lane and employee survey completion.
Recordkeeping: Maintain employee HR files. Process temp timecards to the agency.
Other responsibilities as assigned or required.
