Hiring
· Hire staff upon confirmation from management – Set up BCBA and RBT information in HR Platform and send out welcome email
· Send follow up emails to candidates who haven’t responded
Onboarding
· Fill out information and activate new hire in HR Platform
· Compile & download all staff paperwork and add it to their folder
· Run background check and add to their folder
· Setup and register staff for Outlook, Phone & CR accounts.
· Send out onboarding information email and track for completion
Payroll/Bookkeeping
· Run biweekly payroll
· Pull timesheets report from CR and break down spreadsheet per staff member, per type of services such as billable or non-billable to pay at different rates
· Keep running notes of payroll information including training hours, different pay rates for different cases, bonuses, mileage reimbursement, etc.
· Cancellation report and bonus management
· Adjust pay rates as needed
· Booking expenses in QB online and tracking receipts
· Running basic expense reports
QA
· Run regular reports for RBT and BCBA Timesheet conversions
· Audit session notes in CR for completeness
· Coordinate with Clinical Director to address ongoing issues and troubling patterns
Miscellaneous
· Track training and update training tracker for CR Institute
· Track RBT and BCBA credentialing expiration dates and listed Supervisors
· Main point of contact for staff when they have questions – direct them to the correct person or ask Director and Clinical Director for the answers
· IT Troubleshooting for issues with CR, Fingercheck, CTM, or CR Institute, follow up with the appropriate company to resolve their issues
· Coordinate and stay in constant communication with Director, Clinical Director, and staffing & Intake Coordinator
