ALLO is looking for a Senior Recruiter to help drive continued growth by attracting and engaging top talent across our markets, especially new markets. The Senior Recruiter will act as a brand ambassador in the employer marketplace, telling the story of ALLO to attract talent. This is a challenging role, with high expectations. Excellent candidates will be scrappy, innovative, and organized in addition to being well versed in traditional recruiting methods.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and manage recruiting lifecycle, building a strong foundation to identify, engage, and close top talent.
Lead full-cycle recruitment (sourcing, identifying, evaluating, closing, onboarding), building a high-touch candidate experience to land top talent for our business needs.
Work with hiring managers to create job requisitions in the applicant tracking system.
Engage and lead in strategic pre-sourcing conversations during hiring manager intake sessions.
Connect applicants to hiring managers acting as the liaison for scheduling, arranging logistics, and confirming meetings.
Build and amplify ALLO’s employer brand by attending job fairs, hosting recruiting events, and engaging with relevant networks and communities.
Promote ALLO as a great place to work by highlighting company culture, benefits, and opportunities in all interactions.
Ensure a positive candidate experience.
Identify talent acquisition trends and gaps for quick suggestions and hiring the right talent.
Effectively run a full desk of requisitions and contribute to projects and process improvements.
Develop strong relationships with HR team, business leaders, and hiring managers.
Build candidate pipelines through targeted advertising, direct sourcing, employee referrals, networking, and recruitment events.
Develop and maintain relationships with businesses, government and community service agencies, colleges, employment agencies and other recruiters.
Travel potential up to 25% of the time for this role.
Colorado Residents: typical pay range for this role will be from $50,000 – $80,000 depending on experience.
EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s degree or commensurate experience
EXPERIENCE:
5+ years corporate or agency recruiting experience.
Experience building, communicating, and executing recruiting strategies.
Experience as a subject matter expert, advising customers and influencing decisions that lead to improved business outcomes.
Experience utilizing extensive online searches and database searches to identify high potential candidates (LinkedIn, Indeed, social media, etc.).
Previous telecommunication industry knowledge or experience is a plus.
SKILLS / KNOWLEDGE / ABILITIES:
Excellent communication skills and being comfortable working through complex situations
Ability to work effectively under critical timelines and adapt to frequently changing priorities
Knowledge of local employment laws
Effective time management skills
Natural relationship manager, versed in cultivating and maintaining strong strategic partnerships with key customers.
Skilled project manager who likes the variety of balancing a requisition load with ongoing projects
Creative thinker and proactive problem solver with the ability to think strategically and cross functionally
Strong decision making and influencing skills
Ability to work in a team environment with collaboration across multiple functions
