Position Summary
Reporting to the Vice President Human Resources, the Assistant Vice President HR Operations provides strategic leadership and operational management for a broad range of Human Resources functions including human resources information systems and operations, payroll, associate relations, and performance management. The successful candidate will be dedicated to our core values and culture, and foster an equitable and inclusive workplace culture. The AVP HR Operations needs to be a collaborative partner that demonstrates both personal and professional integrity. They are collaborative, flexible and creative but can also be a hands-on problem solver with a track record of designing and delivering client-focused services modeled on best practices.
