We are a systems engineering team with members from a variety of professional backgrounds who are united in a quest to deliver enterprise-class solutions to our clients. This includes building scalable, secure, consumer-facing web and mobile apps for a variety of audiences and business needs.
Our process is simple – we work in close collaboration with our clients to create solutions that address their unique challenges. We work with our clients, not as an implementation vendor, but as a strategic partner. We seek to understand their needs, call upon our unique experiences and prescribe solutions that address their strategic goals.

Preferred Experience
Experience with the hiring process such as reviewing resumes, scheduling candidate calls, pre-screening calls, scheduling interviews, and follow-up.
Experience creating documents, spreadsheets, forms, presentations, managing document permissions, organizing, calendars, etc. in Google Workspace/Google Docs/G Suite.
Excellent interpersonal skills. Good written and verbal communication skills. Ability to create clear reports, follow-ups, documents, emails, and action items.
Strong remote work skills such as audio/video meetings, calendaring, chat, phone communication, and emails.
Experience with employee care such as planning company events, keeping track of the time off schedule, processing employee onboarding paperwork, answering employee benefits questions, and assisting with company meetings.
Able to organize and communicate things such as meeting notes, company holidays, documentations, meetings, travel, and company social media communications.
Must have a strong customer service orientation, good organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
Able to work remotely. Must be able to manage and be responsible for your own schedule, show up for meetings prepared and on time, organize and plan your tasks efficiently, and must have a home setup that allows for being connected to co workers – such as a stable internet connection, home office, etc.
Strong tech skills. You need to be able to confidently connect to and participate in virtual meetings, communicate effectively digitally, set up your own equipment, participate in company chat communications, collaborate and create documents via Google Docs, take effective notes during meetings, and be able to communicate what kinds of services our company provides.
