We’re looking for someone who will help us find, develop, and grow the team here at Ambassador Labs. You’ll be responsible for finding high-quality candidates to join our team during this time of exponential growth. This is an entry level position so no experience is required. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, gains joys in helping and getting to know others.
What you will do
Source candidates for all open positions through all channels such as LinkedIn, Medium, AngelList, and Twitter.
Regularly communicate with the talent team to discuss requirements for open positions and potential candidates.
Experiment, create and deploy various strategies to engage candidates (e.g. recruitment campaigns through GEM).
Review, respond and schedule candidates.
Schedule interviews for all stages of the interview process.
Manage and maintain all advertising platforms (Indeed, LinkedIn, AngelList, CNCF, etc.).
Compile weekly and monthly hiring metrics.
