Utilize microcomputer and software for input, retrieval and storage of data required to perform licensure and certification functions.
Input and store provider data, including but not limited to, survey findings and follow-up findings for retrieval.
Create survey shells in ASPEN and act as survey distributor as well as assembles survey packets for routine ALF, AFCH, ADC, HCC and NH complaint investigations and initial surveys when monthly schedules are generated or when schedules are updated.
Prepares completed packets and scans into Laserfiche for uploading in Central Office.
Answers the telephone, responds to routine inquiries, and performs routine mailouts, performs photocopying and faxing, licensure and certification filing as well as other clerical duties as assigned.
Provides data, updating, listing, schedules, and other printout materials from stored information as may be required. Maintains master logs/schedules.

Typing skills including proper format of letters, memoranda, and reports with correct grammatical usage.
An individual employed in this position must have the ability to utilize microcomputer equipment and software to enter, retrieve and manipulate data required to perform functions.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS
A minimum of two years of secretarial or clerical work experience.
A high school diploma or its equivalent can substitute for one year of the required work experience.
College education from an accredited institution can substitute at the rate of 30 semester or 45 quarter hours for each year of the required work experience.
Vocational/technical training in the area of secretarial science or office/business studies can substitute at the rate of 720 classroom hours for each year of the required work experience.
