Given our exceptional growth we are expanding and hiring an Associate Recruiter to join us on this exciting journey. This apprentice level professional will support the Recruiting function to identify, attract, recruit, and hire top talent.
Responsibilities
Actively sourcing qualified candidates using internet databases, social media and job boards
Conducting pre-screening interviews
Acting as the liaison between the candidate and Bishop Fox
Conduct interview debriefs with recruiting team and the hiring team; providing candidate feedback including process, metrics and industry trends
Build a candidate pipeline that will allow us to have a qualified talent pool for full time employees, interns and subcontractors as required
Requirements
1-3 years’ experience in Recruiting, HR or a Services role serving customers in a dynamic, fast- paced environment
Ability to proactively develop strong interpersonal relationships with multiple levels of the organization
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and spreading adoption in the business
Ensure delivery of services in an accurate, complete, and timely manner with the ability to follow process and data metrics
A self-motivated, results oriented and focused attitude; driven to work independently and collaborate on projects in a fast-paced environment
