JOB PURPOSE:
The Dior Corporate VIE participates in a program designed to identify and develop future talent for the organization across functional areas. The HR Controller VIE performs a wide variety of responsible, complex, and confidential duties, supporting the 5 countries of the Americas zone. By working closely with their assigned department, the VIE performs duties that require considerable confidentiality, initiative, tact, mature and independent judgment, strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Support the HR Controllers in the preparation of all reporting to our internal business partners (Finance, Business performance, Talent acquisition, Dior Paris HQ and LVMH group reporting) by performing data checks and audits of the different reports such as staff costs and invoice accruals, headcount and FTEs, open positions, etc.
Assist the HR Controllers in preparing ad hoc analysis or reporting such as employee turnover, quarterly bonus achievement, employees employed through agencies, compensation study, etc.
Prepare the monthly data books used for the financial analysis of staff costs provided to the FP&A team during the financial close
Support the HR Controllers in the preparation of the forecasts, such as assisting in the preparation of the assumptions, Anaplan input and preparation of data books
Support the HR Controllers in HRIS project management (implementation of Anaplan)
Vendor management and invoices coding in our invoice management tool, and partner with other HR directors to monitor department costs and prepare monthly reporting and landing for the VP of HR
Become proficient with the HRIS used by the HR Controlling team (Anaplan, Ulti-pro, ADP, Talent, Core HR, Foundation) to prepare and export BI reports and perform data check and audits

REQUIREMENTS:
1-2 Years of Controlling or Corporate Finance experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong planning and organizational skills
Demonstrate strong analytical skills and attention to detail
