The Role: HR Specialist – Recruiting
You develop and action effective recruiting strategies to identify and onboard top talent across MaineGeneral Health.
The Opportunity:
MaineGeneral Health is seeking an HR Specialist – Recruiting to join our growing Human Resources team! Reporting to the Director of Recruitment & Workforce Planning, the ideal candidate is an experienced HR Specialist/Generalist, who is a passionate and strategic sourcer/recruiter of top talent.
You are looking to work on-site with an engaged team of HR professionals to identify candidates, partner with state and local agencies, community groups, schools and colleges to identify top-talent in entry-level to senior clinical roles across MaineGeneral Health.
The Work:
· Full-cycle recruitment of candidates at all levels and stages who are passionate to engage in MaineGeneral Health’s mission of mission of enhancing, every day, the health of our patients, our families and our communities.
· Support hiring managers and engage their teams in identifying the best candidates for their teams.
· Manage the daily operations of the HRIS ATS (Workday) to ensure timely and accurate passage through the ATS workflow.
· Work with Marketing team and larger recruitment team to build the MaineGeneral Health employer brand, and leverage it in the community through strategic advertising, social media, career fairs and specialty searches.
You Have:
· Hands-on experience recruiting and sourcing across a wide range of levels and stages
· Solid tactical experience with ATS (Workday ideally).
· Strong communication and marketing skills
· Strong people orientation
· Excellent interpersonal, written/verbal communication skills
· Ability to be flexible and shift priorities quickly
· Degree in human resources/marketing/communication.
