QUALIFICATIONS

COMPENSATION RANGE:
Base: $50,000 – $60,000 + Bonus
GENERAL POSITION OVERVIEW
Mountain Point is a Crest Salesforce Consulting Partner that helps companies get the most out of their Salesforce investment. With highly experienced Salesforce-certified specialists on our team, we can customize, implement and maintain any product on the Salesforce platform.
The ideal candidate will have experience in technical recruiting and general talent departmental functions. This individual should also have experience managing people and be an effective communicator.
ESSENTIAL ELEMENTS OF THE POSITION
- Conducts all company wide recruiting/ hiring activities
- Coordinates onboarding for all new team members
- Maintains talent acquisition programs such as Salesforce Talent Alliance, K2 Fellowship etc
- Maintains all Impact categories of Mountain Point’s Salesforce Navigator program
- Assumes administrative and human resources responsibilities as needed
- Ensures the maintenance and success of the ASCEND Professional Development program
ADDITIONAL DUTIES/NON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Performs other duties as assigned

This is a fully remote role
MISCELLANEOUS
Exceptional judgment, emotional intelligence, self-management, leadership, mentoring skills, diplomacy and effective interaction with cross departmental management is essential to the success of this role.
